Firefox "Save Link As..." Status Bar Spoofing Weakness
An exploit has been found in Firefox, which can be exploited by evildoers to trick users into saving malicious files by obfuscating the actual URL.
As always, be aware of dodgy sites and keep a grip on what files you download.

Java Applet trojan
This new Java
trojan will download and infect Internet Explorer with spyware
and/or adware even is you are running another browser that supports Java.
